We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our team at Ethos Veterinary Health. As a Relief Veterinary Technician, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our emergency medicine team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality patient care and support to our emergency medicine team
* Assist with medical procedures, including restraint, venipuncture, and IVC placement
* Collect and record accurate patient vitals and medical information
* Collaborate with veterinarians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
Requirements:
* Current licensure as a Licensed Veterinary Technician in the State of Washington
* High School diploma and graduate of an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technician Program or equivalent
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced emergency environment
* Ability to perform mathematical calculations for drug doses, CRIs, and other position-related calculations
