Responsabilidades:
  • Desarrollar o participar en la creación de soluciones a problemas específicos del proyecto asignado.
  • Participar en proyectos de mejora continua.
  • Colaborar con manufactura y otros grupos funcionales en cuestiones de cumplimiento regulatorio.
  • Redactar y/o ejecutar actividades de validación y reportar resultados.
  • Diseñar y realizar pruebas rutinarias, experimentos de proyectos, análisis de datos y reportar resultados.
  • Realizar estudios de ingeniería sobre nuevos equipos para determinar configuraciones adecuadas y puntos de control.
  • Iniciar nuevas o revisiones de protocolos/instrucciones operativas específicas del proyecto.
  • Realizar investigaciones y tareas de NCR/CAPA.
  • Gestionar y ejecutar actividades de control de cambios relacionadas con el equipo.
  • Realizar asignaciones de trabajo dentro del departamento de producción, incluyendo capacitación y soporte técnico.
  • Asistir al departamento de servicio como SME y liderar esfuerzos de resolución de problemas de equipos y/o procesos según sea necesario.
  • Interpretar, ejecutar y recomendar modificaciones a las políticas operativas cuando sea apropiado.
  • Establecer y controlar presupuestos operativos de capital para proyectos.
  • Asistir en el diseño, instalación y puesta en marcha de nuevos equipos y sistemas según sea necesario.
  • Realizar diagnóstico técnico e implementar resolución de problemas para equipos/sistemas existentes y nuevos.
  • Coordinar con equipos multifuncionales (internos y externos) en proyectos relacionados con líneas de productos existentes y nuevas.
  • Proporcionar liderazgo, dirección y experiencia para proyectos complejos.
  • Impulsar la innovación dentro de la planta.
  • Realizar otras tareas según se asignen.

La persona en esta posición necesita moverse frecuentemente entre la oficina y el piso de producción. Debe ser capaz de trabajar en un entorno de sala limpia sin luz natural. Ocasionalmente, ascender/descender una escalera para acceder a maquinaria.

Calificaciones Preferidas:

Título en Ingeniería requerido (preferiblemente en Ingeniería Eléctrica, Mecánica o Mecatrónica).

7-10 años de experiencia en un rol similar.

Experiencia en una industria regulada es una ventaja.

Habilidad técnica (Software u otro): 7-10 años de experiencia en PLC Rockwell.

Sistemas de control servo (Rockwell, Yaskawa).

Capacidad para leer y escribir esquemas eléctricos.

Habilidades mecánicas prácticas son una ventaja.

Habilidades de redacción en AutoCAD son una ventaja.
