Your role will encompass the installation of heating, cooling, indoor air quality, refrigerant, and control systems. The ideal candidate will possess the technical expertise to install, troubleshoot, and diagnose various equipment, along with strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all relevant standards, codes, policies, and safety protocols
  • Keep detailed records of completed installations and materials utilized
  • Provide clients with guidance on the proper maintenance of their new systems
  • Connect and secure electrical wiring in accordance with the wiring schematic using hand tools
  • Inspect pipe or tubing joints and connections for potential leaks

Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving history
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Lead Installation
  • Certification or associate's degree from an accredited HVAC program
  • EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certification required
  • Fundamental understanding of electrical wiring and connections
  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory
  • Strong mathematical, interpersonal, and analytical skills
