Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Search Specialist to manage our day-to-day search marketing activities across multiple search engines. This role will be responsible for campaign planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, and optimization of paid search campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the SEM and PPC landscape, with experience managing paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Bing, and SA360. They will be able to think strategically, identify and resolve problems in a client-centric environment, and nurture and retain client relationships.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing paid search strategies to drive client goals and innovations
  • Managing day-to-day communication with clients, including best practices, presentation decks, and assisting with strategy and organic plans
  • Staying up-to-date with new ad offerings and testing opportunities, and proactively researching campaign issues and formulating actionable solutions
  • Identifying variables that can be optimized and executing optimization, aggregating results, and preparing a weekly summary and key learnings
  • Serving as the contact point for questions related to the campaign from clients or other agencies involved in the weekly execution

Requirements:

Qualifications include:

  • Experience managing paid search campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Ability to think strategically and identify and resolve problems in a client-centric environment
  • Ability to nurture and retain client relationships and understand how Paid Search can feed into wider business goals
  • Experience of collaborating with senior level stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, and a flair for storytelling
