The Virginia Beach SPCA Low-Cost Veterinary Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our animal care team. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their pets, while also maintaining accurate records and ensuring a smooth and efficient clinic experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments and manage client records
  • Check clients in and out of their appointments
  • Maintain a clean and professional lobby appearance
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including appointment reminder calls and end-of-day closeout reports
  • Participate in clinic efforts to offer superior customer service

Requirements:

Working Conditions:

The VBSPCA Low-Cost Veterinary Clinic operates Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm and on Saturday from 8am to 3pm. As a Client Service Representative, you will be working in a dynamic and active environment, interacting with clients and their pets on a daily basis.
