About the Role:

This position is for a Senior Production Lead who will oversee the day-to-day management of production activities in a manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and leadership skills, with experience in supervising teams and managing production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage production to established specifications, ensuring compliance with cGMP, GDP, and Safe Work Practices.
  • Manage inventory of critical supplies to meet production needs.
  • Maintain and optimize regular management processes, including production schedules, daily performance metrics, and communication.
  • Motivate and develop employees through coaching, positive influence, team building, and accountability management.
  • Facilitate training and development of production employees to ensure they have the skills, knowledge, and competence to carry out their duties efficiently and safely.
  • Ensure all deviations from validated processes and procedures are reported, investigated, and acted upon in accordance with company requirements.
  • Prioritize safety, health, and environmental procedures, identifying and investigating potential problems and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or College degree in a related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of FDA, cGMP regulations, and quality standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Self-starter with the ability to provide solid leadership to a diverse team.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.

Salary:$85,000 - $110,000 per year
