Job Title: Account Executive

At BrightSpring Health Services, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and expand our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the RVP of Sales to evaluate and qualify new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through sales calls, referrals, and market research, leveraging your expertise in sales and marketing to drive results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including skilled nursing, assisted living, subacute, and managed care organizations.
  • Collaborate with the RVP of Sales and local Pharmacy Director to develop and execute strategic territory plans, ensuring effective time management and targeting of high-potential prospects.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring ongoing value to our customers through our products and services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Long-term care experience preferred.
  • Two or more years of prior sales experience required.
  • Three to five years of prior healthcare sales, medical equipment sales, consumer products and services/solutions sales experience a plus.
  • Experience selling and negotiating contracts for products and services a plus.
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 75%.
