About This Role

We're looking for a highly skilled Director, Strategic Customer Success to join our team at Writer. As a critical member of our leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping our customer success strategy and executing it to drive business results. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a high-performing customer success team focused on adoption, retention, expansion, and ROI measurement for strategic customers. You will also be responsible for delivering against revenue targets, improving existing processes, and helping Writer improve how we work with strategic customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing guidance, coaching, and support to their team members to enable individual and collective success. They will be expected to foster a culture of high-performance, collaboration, and continuous learning within the CSM team. Additionally, they will establish and maintain strong relationships with key customer executives, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate. Ultimately, your goal will be to contribute to the growth and success of Writer by ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes through our products and services.
