Key Responsibilities- Represent DISH in customers' homes, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless installation experience.
- Build rapport with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Install and maintain smart home devices, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical issues and improve installation processes.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including installation efficiency and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Aptitude to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work at heights, lift heavy equipment, and navigate small spaces.
- Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets DISH's safety standards.
- Travel may be required.
- Competitive hourly rate of $18.50.
- Guaranteed promotion after 6 months with a $1.00 per hour pay increase.
- Performance incentives with potential earnings up to $9,100 per year.
