Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, ensuring total satisfaction through proactive problem identification and resolution.
  • Mail and Package Handling: Receive, sort, and deliver incoming mail and packages, and prepare outgoing mail and packages for dispatch.
  • Supply Management: Organize and distribute supplies to clients, and monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock.
  • Copying and Scanning: Operate copying and scanning equipment, and produce high-quality copies and scans as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to clients, including answering phones, taking messages, and greeting visitors.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience working in a mailroom or professional office environment.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in computer software and equipment.
