Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Vice President of Land Acquisition to join our team. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for identifying and acquiring land and lots to meet the needs of our regions, ensuring a steady supply of high-quality properties for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire land and lots through various sources, including MLS, private parties, investor groups, banks, and developers.
  • Conduct thorough research on land to ensure it meets our quality and feasibility standards.
  • Develop and execute contracts for land and lot purchases, working closely with our Land Acquisition team and Division Managers.
  • Collaborate with our Corporate Land Manager to maintain accurate records and schedules of land and lot purchases.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the success of our regions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification, accreditation, or job experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in land or lot acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and quality.
