The successful candidate will assist with multi-million dollar development deals by conducting thorough due diligence pre and post-contract for targeted properties and lots. This role will involve meeting with state, county, and city officials and engineers to gather all necessary governmental regulations to ensure compliance. The Land Acquisitions Analyst will also maintain all due diligence materials and underwrite all acquisitions in accordance with LGI Homes' standards.

Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of relevant experience are highly preferred for this role.
