Job Summary

The Sports Coordinator will play a crucial role in enhancing the i9 Sports experience for players and coaches. This includes building relationships, delivering instructional aspects, and observing coaches to ensure a positive and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions, focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
  • Teach and demonstrate core concepts, including sportsmanship values.
  • Supervise the overall operation of designated sports on game days.
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge in flag football, soccer, and baseball.
  • Highly motivated self-starter, able to work independently and solve problems.
  • Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure player safety.
  • Positive attitude and strong ability to build professional relationships.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and evenings, for the full duration of the season.
Compensation

$20.00 per hour.
