Clinical Operations Director

CommuniCare Corporate is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Registered Nurse, BSN preferred, for the position of Clinical Operations Director covering clinical operations for multiple skilled nursing facilities.

The Clinical Operations Director is a key management position whose responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating facility compliance to clinical policy, procedure, and care.
  • Conducting regular site visits for intervention, audit, and training.
  • Training new nursing management staff.
  • Monitoring readiness for state surveys and assisting during surveys.
  • Aiding in the Plan of Correction process.

Job Requirements:

  • Current RN license, BSN preferred, in the state of employment.

  • Ability to travel throughout the region.
  • Must maintain current CPR certification.
