Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as CommuniCare's guidelines and policies.
  • Provide Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care oversight to ensure appropriate clinical services are provided and reimbursement is received.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve quality outcomes and maintain a high level of resident care.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a valid RN license in the state employed.
  • Three years of experience in a long term care environment, with experience in the MDS/RAI process and/or case management preferred.
