What We Seek:

Justice Law Corporation is on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Attorney to join our team of advocates specializing in plaintiff-side employment law. The ideal candidate will be a few years post-law school, demonstrating a balance of empathy and diligence, thriving in both collaborative and independent settings. Confidence and a desire to develop into a skilled litigator are essential. We are also open to training recent graduates who have successfully passed the California Bar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting legal documents including pleadings and motions.
  • Managing written discovery processes.
  • Representing clients at court hearings.
  • Receiving training in depositions and mediation as you progress.

Qualifications:

  • Strong legal research background with excellent legal writing skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
  • Proficient planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively while exercising sound judgment.
  • Open to recent bar admittees.
  • Experience in class action and wage and hour litigation is advantageous.
