About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team in Denver. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible experience with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for network infrastructure, internal desktops and clients, servers, and software.
  • Perform account management tasks, including adding and deleting users, creating new user accounts, and modifying accounts.
  • Maintain passwords, data integrity, and file system security.
  • Communicate complex technical information to non-technical users.
  • Recommend hardware and software solutions.
Requirements
  • Experience providing end-user LAN/WAN support for Windows XP/Vista/7, and MS Office 2003/2007/2010/2013.
  • Expertise with anti-virus and backups.
  • Preferred experience supporting Windows 2003/2008/2008R2 and troubleshooting MS Exchange and supporting Citrix.
  • Bachelor's degree in CIS, Business, or related field, or three years of equivalent experience.
