Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide and mentor a team of engineers, enhancing both their technical and interpersonal skills to cultivate a group of highly skilled, consistent, and customer-focused technology professionals. Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications:

Additional Skills That Are Beneficial:
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Hands-on experience with Object-Oriented programming, particularly with Java and the Spring Framework.
  • Familiarity with React or front-end development is advantageous.
  • Experience with container technologies and platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in architectural design.
  • Understanding of Data Engineering practices.

Compensation and Benefits:
Discover offers a competitive compensation package that typically ranges between $104,000.00 to $175,000. Additional incentives may be available as part of a comprehensive total compensation package. Factors such as geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may influence the pay for this position.
