Job Summary

The Ambulatory Resource Team at MUSC is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Registered Nurse II to join our team. As a key member of our float pool, you will have the opportunity to work in various infusion clinics throughout the Charleston area, providing exceptional patient care and support.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized, goal-directed patient care to families and patients at the competent level
  • Deliver safe and effective care, interacting with other members of the healthcare team to achieve desired results
  • Access ports, start IVs, draw labs, and administer various IV medications
  • Be chemo certified or willing to take the chemo certification class at MUSC within 6 months of employment
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred
  • Minimum of one year of work experience as a registered nurse required
  • Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
