Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team at Donut Media. As a Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our video production equipment and supporting our production team in various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain inventory of video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio devices.
  • Coordinate with producers and directors to understand equipment needs for upcoming projects.
  • Prepare production equipment for shoots, including camera and lighting setup.
  • Assist with on-set responsibilities, such as driving picture cars and assisting the camera/audio recording team.
  • Load and unload camera equipment and gear in production vehicles.
  • Set up craft service and crew meals.
  • Build and tear down basecamp and maintain basecamp.
  • Assist and support talent, hosts, and miscellaneous crew.
Requirements:
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a demanding, high-pressure environment.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Flexibility and willingness to wear multiple hats.
  • Assistant camera, data management, and camera operating experience a plus.
  • Deep love of YouTube.
  • Good comedic sense and awareness.
  • Interest in cars and/or experience with automotive content.
  • Pleasant and professional demeanor.
