Regional Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Quality Assurance Manager to provide corporate quality support to our DSD region for Cold Beverage Manufacturing locations. This role will work closely with a partner RQM for the DSD region and will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of strategies, systems, and programs to achieve the US Refreshment BU and DSD Regional objectives of the KDP Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities- Quality Systems and Compliance
- Ensure the region is able to prepare, review, and submit compliance reports to local, state, and federal environmental regulatory agencies and to key customers.
- Support the development, execution, and improvement of all Quality Assurance and Food Safety Systems, Programs, Policies, and Procedures.
- Quality Team Development
- Develop Quality skills and competencies of MFG quality teams to ensure a strong talent pipeline and close skill/knowledge gaps.
- Regulatory Compliance and Audits
- Regularly audit and monitor the Regional facilities to ensure they are fully operating in compliance with KDP Policy & Procedures, FSMA, FDA GMP, and GFSI guidelines.
- Support site incident management (with support from other Corporate QEHS functions) with regards to food safety and regulatory compliance.
- Continuous Improvement
- Understand and apply moderately complex mathematical concepts, to include statistics, in support of continuous improvement and statistical process control efforts.
- Define problems, collect data, establish facts, analyze quality data, and draw valid conclusions.
- Technical Expertise
- Serve as a technical resource on all Quality matters, including consumer/supplier complaints, KPI performance, QA/QC methods/measurements, KDP Manufacturing Requirements, SPC/Cpk, Continuous Improvement, etc.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work cross-functionally with other Regional Quality Managers, other Corporate QEHS functions, Procurement, R&D, Operations, Engineering, and other functions as needed to support DSD sites.
