Job Overview

The Barton Boys Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Determine the purpose of each person's visit and escort them to the appropriate person or location.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff, taking messages and scheduling appointments as needed.
  • Receive and distribute mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including filing, recordkeeping, copying, and upkeep of the front lobby and reception desk.
  • Assist with data entry projects and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience a plus.
