Helpdesk Support Specialist

Insight Global is seeking a skilled Helpdesk Analyst to join our team in supporting the Social Security Administration's enterprise open system platform.
The ideal candidate will provide Tier 1 support to customer service agents using the CCaaS platform (Amazon Connect), addressing customer issues through phone calls, email messages, and ticketing system requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide initial assistance and troubleshooting to resolve customer issues
- Log issues and requests in the ticketing system
- Collaborate with customers to resolve technical issues
- Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in IT support
- 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Windows OS and Office365 suite
- 1 year of experience using Service Now IT Service Management
- Strong understanding of IVR (Interactive Voice Response)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
