Helpdesk Analyst Opportunity

Insight Global is seeking a skilled Helpdesk Analyst to join our team in supporting the Social Security Administration's enterprise open system platform.

The ideal candidate will provide Tier 1 support to customer service agents using the CCaaS platform (Amazon Connect), addressing customer issues through phone calls, email messages, and ticketing system requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide initial assistance and troubleshooting to resolve customer issues
  • Log issues and requests in the ticketing system
  • Collaborate with customers to resolve technical issues
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in IT support
  • 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Windows OS and Office365 suite
  • 1 year of experience using Service Now IT Service Management
  • Strong understanding of IVR (Interactive Voice Response)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
