Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant serves as a vital resource to the program, providing administrative support to the Clinic Director and Clinical Supervisor. This role involves a range of tasks, including reception, answering telephones, supply management, coding and filing bills, managing checkbooks and petty cash accounts, typing, filing, record keeping, documentation, word processing, data entry, and report writing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Clinic Director and Clinical Supervisor
  • Manage reception duties, including answering telephones and responding to inquiries
  • Assist with supply management, including shopping for the program
  • Coding and filing bills, managing checkbooks and petty cash accounts
  • Typing, filing, record keeping, documentation, word processing, data entry, and report writing
  • Run miscellaneous errands and assist with data collection
  • Support quality assurance related to funding sources and licensing requirements
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in English required
  • Additional administrative training or education a plus
  • Experience in an office environment preferred
  • Strong computer skills required
  • Must be organized and detail-oriented
  • Must pass background screening process, including CORI and driving record check
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including Saturdays
  • Own transportation required
