Job Overview

ServiceNet is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Assistant Program Director in our Easthampton, MA location. This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in behavioral and mental health residential experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Program Director to oversee and manage the program, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality care for residents.
  • Work closely with clinicians and staff to support residents in achieving their treatment goals, promoting recovery and skill-building.
  • Assist in medication administration, staff scheduling, and supervision, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation, including service notes, utilization reports, and event reports, in our electronic health record system.
  • Review and implement individual plans, crisis plans, and risk management plans, ensuring resident safety and well-being.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation, providing 24/7 support and coverage.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but a High School Diploma/GED is required.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
  • Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills.
