Key Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Proficient in computer skills, with a typing speed of at least 30 words per minute and 95% accuracy.
- Minimum of one year experience in patient access is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous.
- At least two years of direct experience in Prior Authorization, specifically in imaging and surgical procedures.

- Analyze issues critically and propose suitable solutions.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail and ensure thorough completion of tasks.

- Deliver exceptional customer service and engage effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, and visitors.
