About the Position:

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at Philippi-Hagenbuch, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our product line within their assigned sales territory and building relationships with new and existing customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the PHIL sales representative within the given territory and conduct full-cycle product line sales from initial contact to closing the sale.
  • Conduct customer calls, initiate, and follow-up within the given territory.
  • Persuade and thoroughly explain the benefits of PHIL's assorted product line and why it is better than competitors.
  • Present and recommend high-dollar ticketed products to potential customers.
Requirements:
  • A minimum 4-year degree in a related field AND 6 years of experience in an industry relative to the Company
  • OR a 2-year degree AND 8 years of experience in an industry relative to the Company
  • OR a High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 10 years of experience in an industry relative to the Company
