**Payroll Administration**
• Process payroll for salaried exempt, non-exempt, and hourly employees, administering tax and direct deposit information, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee site-level payroll across a multi-state organization utilizing ADP Workforce Now HRIS system.
• Serve as payroll backup to site payroll processors, covering for leaves, vacations, and other absences.

**HRIS Administration**
• Assist with ADP Workforce Now HRIS modifications and add-ons to the system.
• Maintain complete electronic employee personnel files, records, and other documentation for employees, including processing new employees and maintaining timely and accurate files.
• Generate ADP Workforce Now reports for payroll, benefits, and other employee data as required.

**Requirements**
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• ADP Workforce Now experience is a must.
• Prior experience managing payroll for a production/industrial environment is highly preferred.
• Positive, helpful attitude.
