Job Title: Marketing/Social Media Coordinator

The Marketing/Social Media Coordinator is a creative and collaborative individual responsible for connecting and engaging with AVCON's clients, targets, affiliates, and peers through designated social media outlets in a unique and meaningful way. This role involves organizing and implementing various marketing projects to support the Marketing Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media plans and procedures to maintain and build AVCON's social media presence across all channels.
  • Assist with content generation, research market trends and analytics, and implement branding strategies to drive traffic to AVCON's website.
  • Represent the firm's brand across all platforms and messaging, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging and programming.
  • Collaborate with principals and staff to brainstorm campaigns and conceptualize ideas, driving influencer relationships and brand partnerships to create interesting content and engagement opportunities.
  • Use data insights to measure the impact and progress across all social channels and provide informed suggestions on how to improve AVCON's social media strategy.
  • Develop and maintain social analytics dashboards to evaluate and shape the social media strategy against objectives.
  • Assist with maintaining and updating the Client Relationship Management (CRM) database and provide support to principals, project managers, senior marketing staff, and human resources in fulfilling AVCON's marketing and recruitment objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Development, Journalism, Communication, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of related experience, including digital marketing, preferably with familiarity managing multiple social accounts within the A/E/C industry.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite or other relevant graphic applications.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of various digital communications and social media software and platforms, including Content Management Systems (CMS) and digital publishing tools.
  • Experience with analytics and driving continuous improvement in this area, as well as knowledge of digital trends and technology.
Working Conditions:

The Marketing/Social Media Coordinator will work in a clean, pleasant, and comfortable office setting, with occasional site visits in an outdoor environment.

Physical Requirements:

The employee is regularly required to talk or hear, frequently required to sit for long periods, and occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to ten (10) pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
