About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surgical Services Coordinator to join our team at Penn Medicine. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the coordination of patient care, including scheduling, registration, and billing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and information.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a medical office or clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
