Key Responsibilities:
  • Uphold the company's safety standards
  • Ensure proper documentation is maintained
  • Assist in the development and management of project budgets for assigned tasks
  • Create pre-construction RFP packages
  • Participate in project meetings, establish milestones, and prepare monthly reports for owners
  • Define job processes (RFIs, submittals, and payment applications) including the approval of payment applications and negotiation of subcontractor change orders
  • Update project schedules; maintain quality control and oversee overall project logistics
  • Support the management of the project closeout process
  • Collaborate with the project superintendent and site operations team throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of field experience with a General Contractor
  • Experience with ground-up healthcare and tenant improvement projects (OSHPD/HCAI and critical care project experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of construction equipment, techniques, drawings, specifications, building materials, and applicable standards
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Project Management software (MS Project/P6, Excel, Bluebeam, and Timberline)
