Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Welcome and Check-In: Greet guests warmly and efficiently, providing a seamless check-in experience.
  • Resort Information and Services: Offer expert knowledge of the resort and surrounding area, providing recommendations and assistance to guests.
  • Cash Handling and Transactions: Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to established procedures.
  • Room Assignments and Key Distribution: Assign rooms and distribute keys to guests, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
  • Guest Inquiries and Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Requirements
