AutoCamp is seeking a Front Desk Night Auditor to provide exceptional guest service and ensure a seamless overnight experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for front desk duties, audit procedures, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Support guests with registration, accommodation assignments, and special requests.
  • Guide guests through check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Collect and distribute messages for guests.
  • Pre-register, block, and take reservations, adhering to hotel rate structures and sell strategies.
  • Resolve guest complaints and assist with inquiries related to AutoCamp's services, events, and local attractions.
  • Assist in solving billing discrepancies.
  • Perform cancellations according to procedures.
  • Ensure all information pertinent to the desk or related areas is passed on to the following shift manager or supervisor.
  • Attend department meetings.
Requirements
  • Ability and comfort in working with cloud-based applications.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Google Suite products.
  • Preferred: Customer service background.
