Role Summary: This is an exciting opportunity to join the Tyson Foods team as a Maintenance Generalist. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a range of tasks on a high-speed assembly line, including monitoring product quality, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities: Monitor product and equipment for defects or contamination; pack assembled products into cartons or containers for shipment; rotate through various workstations as assigned; follow all safety protocols, including wearing PPE, performing stretches, rotating positions, and maintaining a designated pace.

Working Conditions: The successful candidate must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. This includes lifting 20 lbs occasionally and holding 5 lbs regularly, working in a cold environment (30-40°F temperatures) for 8-10 hours per day, and walking and standing for 8-10 hours per day.
