As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting physician and advanced practitioner candidates to our clients. Your primary goal will be to utilize proven methods of success to meet recruitment goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit physician or advanced practice providers from designed marketing strategies.
  • Research and design effective marketing strategies to meet recruitment goals.
  • Maintain information in applicant tracking system (ATS) with reviews and updates.
  • Update information within company database on a consistent basis by sourcing and inputting new candidate information.
  • Negotiate rates and contracts with various providers.
  • Develop relationships with new and existing providers.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Self-starter, resourceful, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, meet deadlines, and be adaptable to an ever-changing environment.
  • Comfortable speaking, meeting, and presenting to physician and advanced practitioners.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and CRM-type software.
