Job Description: Physical Education InstructorAre you passionate about working with children and adults? Do you enjoy fitness and movement activities? Mini-Hops Gymnastics is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team. We provide a fun and supportive atmosphere where you can make a difference in the lives of others.
Responsibilities:- Lead engaging and educational movement lessons and workouts for individuals with varying abilities.
- Direct and manage small groups, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience for all participants.
- Communicate effectively with families regarding their athlete's progress and development.
- Create and develop circuits that are tailored to the specific needs of the athletes under your care.
- Demonstrate creativity and adaptability by modifying activities to suit individual requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in dynamic situations.
- A genuine passion for working with children and adults, fostering a caring and supportive environment.
- Strong adaptability and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in gymnastics or related fields such as fitness instruction, childcare, or teaching is a plus.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Physical capability to assist individuals weighing up to 100lbs or more.
