Are you prepared to spearhead Caelum Research's initiatives in business development and propel the growth of our government contracting sector? As the Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, you will be instrumental in identifying and pursuing new business ventures, fostering relationships with industry stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of high-caliber proposals.


Responsibilities:

  • Direct the formulation of objectives and the business opportunities pipeline.
  • Propose strategies to leverage technical competencies and cultivate new capabilities.
  • Supervise new business acquisition and pursuit efforts.
  • Oversee business development activities including reporting, pipeline management, and revenue projections.

Interface Relationships:
You will report directly to the President of Caelum Research and engage with clients, suppliers, collaborative partners, executives, and contract managers. Regular reporting and business development meetings will be integral to your role.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience with a successful track record.
  • Comprehensive understanding of contracting acquisition processes.
  • General knowledge of IT and a technical background.
  • Preferred educational background includes a B.S. in Engineering, Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Additional advanced education, training, and certifications are advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits:
Attractive base salary commensurate with experience, along with performance-based incentive compensation. Comprehensive fringe benefits will be available.
