We are in search of a dedicated team member who has a foundational understanding of mechanical systems and is eager to expand their skills in vehicle assembly and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the loading and unloading of inventory
  • Document any shipping damages thoroughly, including photographic evidence and required parts for repairs, and communicate these to the Service Advisor or Service Manager
  • Assemble powersports vehicles following the manufacturer's checklist
  • Maintain cleanliness in the workshop at the start of each day and after completing each task
  • Prepare units for display or delivery
  • Inspect fluids, tire pressure, and make necessary adjustments on all vehicles leaving the service area
  • Perform routine maintenance and oil changes as needed
  • Change and install tires
  • Support other tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a powersports dealership performing basic maintenance and vehicle assembly is preferred
  • Able to maneuver large, heavy motorcycles (some weighing up to 850 pounds fully equipped)
  • Motorcycle endorsement is a plus
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Possession of a basic toolset for vehicle assembly is advantageous
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively with Managers, Technicians, and Customers
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe working environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • Capability to remain on your feet for extended periods
  • Willingness to work a 40-50 hour schedule, including weekends
