Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and performing Human Resources programs and processes in the areas of recruiting, Team Member relations, compensation, benefits, HR policies, and performance management in support of our staff at our facilities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide overall HR support for our facilities in all functional areas of Human Resources.
  • Partner with hiring managers to determine recruitment strategies for their hiring needs.
  • Perform recruiting, selection, and employment processes to meet staffing requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment sources for all levels of positions within and outside of the automotive industry.
  • Lead and/or participate in the onboarding process and new employee orientation.
  • Process paperwork for all functional areas of HR in accordance with established procedures.
  • Input and maintain human resources data in HRIS and timekeeping systems.
  • Maintain all necessary personnel records, ensuring the confidentiality and security of all employee files and other sensitive information.
  • Implement, administer, and support HR programs and policies on a local level.
  • Collect and analyze data pertaining to HR effectiveness, seeking to identify trends or relationships.
  • Develop and maintain standard spreadsheets or dashboards.
  • Perform complex data manipulation or modeling in support of critical business decisions.
  • Work with functional leaders to identify and capture key performance metrics in their areas.
  • Address employee relations issues, as required, performing inquiries/investigations and facilitating timely resolution of the issues.
  • Perform all other duties as required.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline plus 3 to 5 years of experience in a Human Resources position.

Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
