The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading people operations teams, with a strong focus on culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion. They will be responsible for designing and implementing HR systems and processes that meet the needs of a rapidly changing and growing organization.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition and Management: Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent, aligned with our company values and goals.
- Culture and Engagement: Foster a culture of excellence, connection, and engagement, amplifying our core values and promoting a sense of community among our employees.
- HR Systems and Processes: Design and implement HR systems and processes that meet the needs of our organization, including compensation and benefits, performance management, and learning and development.
- People Analytics: Develop and drive a metrics-based framework to understand trends, challenges, and opportunities within the organization, and translate those insights into actionable measures.
- Operational Excellence: Develop best-practice operational mindset and processes within the People Operations team and across the organization.
- Senior Corporate Leadership: Serve as a visible member of the executive team, collaborating with senior executives and the wider Sony Pictures People organization.
The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, a collaborative leader, and a passionate advocate for our people. They will have a strong commercial acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive business outcomes through people.
About YouWe are looking for a highly experienced and accomplished leader with a strong background in people operations, talent management, and HR. The ideal candidate will have:
- 15+ years of progressive experience in a leadership/managerial capacity, with a significant focus on people operations.
- Demonstrated leadership, strong personal presence, and a results-oriented approach.
- Excellent knowledge of culture, HR best practices, and industry standards.
- Strong commercially minded business leader with a passion for driving business outcomes through people.
- Experience establishing relationships as a trusted advisor to executive team members and a safe space for team needs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Lifelong learner, seeking to improve yourself, your team, and the world around you.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate and persuade while listening and incorporating the perspectives of others.
