Job Description

As a Real Estate Agent at Intero Real Estate Services, you will be responsible for helping clients navigate the complex process of buying and selling properties. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients are satisfied with the outcome of their transactions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting clients in pricing their properties and making them marketable
  • Networking with other real estate professionals to increase awareness of properties and close transactions
  • Staying up-to-date on market trends and home values in your area
  • Consulting with clients and answering their questions and concerns before, during, and after a real estate transaction
  • Mediating communications and negotiations between the home seller and purchaser
  • Developing marketing strategies to ensure a prompt home sale
