We are a top-producing real estate team at KW Palo Alto, seeking a self-motivated and ambitious Sales Agent to join our fast-growing team. Our team prides itself on providing proven systems to our agents, ensuring their success. This rewarding, full-time position offers a fantastic opportunity to help clients find and buy their dream homes.

We provide:

  • Leads - We show you how to get leads and provide a comprehensive training program
  • Support - You will have help and training always, with excellent marketing tools and administrative support
  • Training - Weekly training covers every aspect of real estate, with one-on-one coaching available
  • Coaching - We have weekly and one-on-one coaching to help you succeed
  • Marketing - Lots of different strategies to help you grow your business

Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential leads consistently to boost sales performance
  • Consult with buyers and sellers to understand their specific home preferences and requirements, guiding them through the transaction process until successful closure
  • Emphasize the importance of continuous consultation by offering top-notch service and expert advice to foster strong client relationships and secure repeat business
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the local community to address inquiries about available properties and the neighborhood
  • Draft detailed purchase offers for buyers to streamline and expedite the closing process
Qualifications
  • Strong ability to work independently while maintaining excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication abilities required
  • Must embody a pleasant and trustworthy demeanor
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google applications
  • Possession of a real estate agent's or broker's license within the state or in the process of getting one
Compensation

$75,000 - $165,000 yearly
