POSITION OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking an Associate Large Animal Veterinarian to join our team at Cornerstone Veterinary Services. This role is focused on providing comprehensive veterinary care to bovine clients across several states.

Founded by Dr. Amgad Riad, Cornerstone Veterinary Services is built on the principle of fostering strong client relationships, which we consider the foundation of our practice.


SERVICES OFFERED
Our clinic provides a wide range of services, including:
  • Artificial insemination
  • Blood draw and testing
  • Brucellosis vaccination
  • Consultation and farm visits
  • Embryo transfer and necropsy
  • Ultrasound and health assessments
  • Vaccination and deworming

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This is a full-time position for an Associate Large Animal Veterinarian, with responsibilities including:
  • 50% focus on calf health
  • 45% on cow-calf/stocker/feedlot management
  • 5% on dairy consultation services

We offer a supportive environment where you can develop your clinical skills under the guidance of experienced mentors, with a commitment to your professional growth.

Minimal weekend duties are expected, primarily limited to phone consultations.


QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicants must possess a DVM/VMD degree and be licensed to practice in Ohio, with preference given to those holding multi-state licenses. USDA Level II Accreditation is also required.
