Key Responsibilities
  • Examine and Diagnose: Conduct thorough examinations of animals to diagnose health issues and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide Medical Treatment: Administer medical treatment, perform surgeries, and prescribe medications as needed.

Requirements
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM): Hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from an accredited veterinary school.
  • Valid State License: Possess a valid state veterinary license to practice.
  • Strong Knowledge: Demonstrate strong knowledge of animal physiology, veterinary terminology, and veterinary medicine principles.
  • Experience and Skills: Possess experience in laboratory procedures, diagnostic techniques, and proficiency in performing surgeries and using aseptic techniques.
  • Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively interact with pet owners and staff members.
