About the Job

The Customer Service Coordinator will work closely with customers to schedule maintenance requests, coordinate repairs, and plan shop work. This role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Develop daily and weekly workforce plans to meet customer needs and maximize productivity.
  • Communicate with customers for maintenance updates, including schedule changes or billing concerns.
  • Ensure all rental units are maintained and prepared for customers.
  • Hold vendors accountable for quality and adherence to schedule for outside work.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
  • 2 years of customer service experience required.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on mechanical experience required.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associates Degree, Technical School Degree, or Bachelors Degree preferred.
  • ASE certification preferred.

We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits package. The estimated annual salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 depending on location and experience.
