Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with project managers and superintendents to review project schedules and develop mitigation strategies
  • Develop and maintain detailed resource and cost-loaded construction schedules for projects
  • Coordinate project schedules and prepare proposal schedules based on contract documents and project metrics
  • Monitor project progress and provide delay and time impact analyses
  • Facilitate the planning and scheduling process through various construction phases
Requirements
  • Postsecondary degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline
  • Expert knowledge of construction specifications, building materials, methods, and procedures
  • Extensive prior experience with field construction operations and project scheduling
  • Advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite and Primavera P6
