We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in requirements analysis and software development project coordination. The ideal candidate will have between four and seven years of experience in conducting business and systems analysis, eliciting and validating requirements, and producing requirements documentation.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working on enterprise-level software development projects with a wide range of stakeholders, including customers, project managers, technical teams, and other business analysts.
Desirable Qualifications:We are looking for a candidate with experience in performing analysis, documentation, and validation of business requirements in a software development environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business process reengineering and optimization, including analyzing and formulating To-Be processes and requirements.
The successful candidate will also have experience working independently in conducting full analysis of a project, identifying, documenting, and leveraging business requirements across multiple business and technical area stakeholders.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience utilizing requirements management tools similar to Blueprint Storyteller.
