Quality Review Coordinator
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Salary: $53,872 per year
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an internal advisor for the implementation of the Safety Model
- Conduct thorough reviews and assessments of Children's Services operations
- Create and refine tools to improve the application of the Safety Model
- Lead coaching sessions with Caseworkers to enhance service delivery
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Human Services
- Prior experience as a Quality Review Analyst is advantageous
Desirable Skills:
- Ability to identify patterns and potential safety risks
- Experience in developing safety plans
- Proficient in reviewing and analyzing casework practices
- Capability to design and implement new initiatives
Essential Skills and Competencies:
- Strong critical thinking abilities
- Effective collaboration and teamwork skills

- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks
