Quality Review Coordinator

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Salary: $53,872 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an internal advisor for the implementation of the Safety Model
  • Conduct thorough reviews and assessments of Children's Services operations
  • Create and refine tools to improve the application of the Safety Model
  • Lead coaching sessions with Caseworkers to enhance service delivery
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with team members

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Human Services
  • Prior experience as a Quality Review Analyst is advantageous

Desirable Skills:

  • Ability to identify patterns and potential safety risks
  • Experience in developing safety plans
  • Proficient in reviewing and analyzing casework practices
  • Capability to design and implement new initiatives
