This is an entry-level position responsible for performing various tasks in a fast-paced production environment. As a Laborer, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with other employees to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual labor tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Work in a cold, damp, or hot, humid environment, and be able to navigate slippery walking surfaces.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Work a 2nd shift schedule, typically from 4:30 PM to 2 AM.
  • Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge necessary for success in the role.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

  • Competitive hourly rate of $15 per hour, with a $1 per hour shift differential.
