Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Water Supply Management Business Class Lead to join our team in Washington. As a key member of our Water Business Group, you'll be responsible for leading and growing our Water Supply Management group, supporting other projects in the area, and collaborating with our Water Business Group Manager, Market Sector Leads, and Client Development Lead to develop and implement technical and business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pursue and secure opportunities with new and existing clients
  • Mentor staff and deliver projects
  • Grow the business portfolio
  • Provide leadership through mentoring, directing, and delegating to staff
  • Maintain focus on the execution of HDR's growth strategy
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture
  • 10+ years of experience in water treatment/quality
  • Strong technical background and experience in planning and design
  • Maintains a professional or engineering registration and has related technical experience
  • Ability to travel and work collaboratively with other area business class leaders, operations managers, technical directors, and marketing managers
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree
  • Active engagement in professional or industry organizations to enhance HDR technical expertise and brand
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills
About the Role

This is a full-time regular position with a competitive compensation range of $149,972-$214,245 annually, depending on skills, experience, education, and geographical location.
